Cancellation Policy for Tour Package Booking / Hotel Booking / Transportation Booking & Other Bookings / Amendment by Company

The contract will be not effective between the service provider agency Dev Darshan Yatra and the client until received the full amount of payment from client.

Changes in Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes in travel before the trip or during the package and change the itinerary, modify, change or modify. When booking or prior to the departure of the tour, we will use reasonable efforts to promptly notify such changes / events. If during such changes / events tour, our tour manager or local representative will inform you about the changes on the spot and we will ask for your full cooperation in accepting such circumstantial changes. So, no complaints about any program / service changes that we are obliged to make, will be considered by the participants during the trip or during the trip. Please note that different rules may be conditions which will be in addition to these terms and conditions and booking deposit, payment, deadline and can be defined in the payment of such promotions requirements in terms of which the promotional offer more and Conditions Force Major events, attacks, fairs, festivals, sporting events, weather conditions, traffic problems, exaggerate hotels / flights, blown Cancellation / re-routing of aircraft or train, there are changes due to factors beyond our control such as closure may be necessary.

We reserve the rights to amend or cancel the tour booked by you without assigning any reason. Such modification or cancellation can be caused by conditions beyond our control such cases, we will offer you alternative travel dates / tours or you have the option to visit as individual passengers, not part of the original travel in form of. If the alternative date / Travel is not acceptable, we do after you cut any costs incurred on your behalf, including cruise costs, airlines. Etc. However, we will not be responsible or liable for the back to pay any compensation or damages or consequential loss or any other expenses that you made.

The agency Dev Darshan Yatra also not liable for situation arising outside of normal selection and inspection process, or acts of Government authority, war, civil or political disturbances, strike, natural calamities – as landslide, flood, earthquake, and others of its kind. As a result of any of the causes delay of days out of contract period and changes of itinerary the extra expense will be bear by the client.

The agency Dev Darshan Yatra shall in no any circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or persons traveling with the agency in the contract period of service provide for: -Any death, physical injury, sickness, accidental case, any illegal or immoral activity, any penalty by caused of activities against civic rule, any damage or loss of luggage or valuable goods.

The amount quoted for the particular services has been calculated as per the fuel and related cost prevailing at the time of submission of the rate quotation.
Please note that any changes in petrol/diesel prices within India may affect tour costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations for circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather, landslides, road closures, snow, or strikes. Travel insurance is highly recommended to safeguard your plans.

The Dev Darshan Yatra reserves the right to amend the quoted rate in case of changes in any tax or surcharge’s structure, increase of fuel cost, and any of cost increase beyond control of the company. On that situation the service provider agency will inform in advance to the client or related person for additional payment amount to be paid before start of service.

Payment Punctuality:

To confirm your booking, full payment in advance is required. We reserve the right to cancel services for incomplete payments.

BOOKING PROCEDURE :

• Request for package bookings to be confirmed by written only.
• All booking correspondence to be made by written only.
• Booking to be confirmed only after getting 50% of the total package cost.
• Rest of the payment to be cleared before starting the service.

Confirmation:

Upon receiving your deposit and details, you will receive a confirmation email from our official Gmail address.

Hotel and vehicle details:

After your booking amount is paid, we will share details about the hotel and vehicle provided for your tour.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND POLICIES

In any case of cancellation of booking, it must inform in advance to Dev Darshan yatra by writing.

Cancellation will be effective only on the date and time of receipt of cancellation letter.

The following cancellation charges shall apply as per the period of cancellation terms.

Once the booking is done and advance paid, minimum 20% of the package cost to be deducted.

If postponed or preponed of the service date made on or before 30 days, only 5% of the package cost to be deducted and cost for the desired date of the service to be calculated on the basis of Hotel Cost and Transportation Cost of that particular time period.

60 days before of service starts, 25% of the total package cost will be deducted.

From 59 days up to 15 days before of service 50 % of total cost will be deducted.

From 14 days up to 09 days before of service 75 % of total cost will be deducted.

From 07 days up to 24hrs before of service 100 % of total cost will be deducted.

In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total cost will be deducted.
